Our Purpose

It shall be the purpose of the Texas Wesleyan Spirit Groups to promote and uphold team spirit in those encountered, to develop good sportsmanship by example, and to support good relations in the community, between teams and during events.

The Wesleyan Spirit Groups have the primary responsibility of performing and creating Ram spirit at all home men's and women's basketball games, supporting all Wesleyan sports and attending other campus activities, such as fundraising, as assigned.

Texas Wesleyan Spirit

The Texas Wesleyan Spirit Groups are evolving into a moving force of spirit and fun across the campus. All of our groups appear at athletic events, do special appearances in the community and participate in activities across campus. We focus on leadership positions and represent Texas Wesleyan with tradition, dedication and pride!

There is a place for any student wanting to join a spirited group and participate in life changing activities. We accept students to join our groups three times a year as long as there are available positions: April/May, August and January.
